I don't think it should have been free but, 20 bucks for existing owners is way too high... 7.99 maybe 10 max.

The DLC shouldnt be free, devs should be paid for their work and what Arkane have created with Mooncrash is damn good imo, well worth the price.

Bethesda shouldnt be the studio that pays for everyone else just because Bethesda has great success and a lot of money, to even think that way is silly. Arkane Studios are a business and they are more than capable of paying their own way. Bethesda buy other studios so those studios can make great content and make money.
