Also, I would say that the Typhon abilities are worth it. A full Human run is a perfectly valid playstyle and Turrets can be quite useful under the right circumstances, but Typhon abilities are VERY powerful, the passive effects are also pretty useful, and if you really still want to deal with Turrets, you can fairly easily disable them or even hack them with Hacking II so they don't turn on you even with Typhon neuromods.
You will see increased nightmares, but you can wait them out in a safe corner if you like. They will often spawn when you buy a new power...so find a good spot and then spend your points. You are not required to fight them. Also, if you do the satellite signal task, you get an ability to banish them four times.
