Controller settings bug in update v1.05?

It looks like update v1.05 has a bug when using a controller. The controller options (Invert Y-axis, sensitivity etc.) don't seem to do anything. But changes to the corresponding mouse options also affect the controller behaviour. Is anyone else experiencing this?

In the previous version I was able to make changes independently. I used to have invert Y-axis set for mouse and regular for my controller.

Yup, no more controller support at all, for me. Hope they patch this soon. I prefer to use my controller.

Please try restarting Steam and/or plugging in the controller before relaunching the game and see if that corrects the issue.

That did make the controller respond for me, but the turn speed was super slow. Changing the controller sensitivity did nothing, but changing the mouse sensitivity seems to have fixed the controller speed, for whatever reason. However, the dpad is now counting most presses as double/triple press, which makes navigating the menus a pain.

edit: though, using the left stick still works fine for menus

edit2: and the controls are all messed up as well. Y is turning on my flashlight instead of bringing up my weapons wheel. X is now my psychoscope and right stick click is jump. everything has been changed :(

I rebooted and no change. The controller issue still remains. The controller works, but it seems to be using the mouse settings from options like I described in the original post. If I change the mouse Y-axis setting it affects the controller as well. The same with sensitivity.

My x-box controller elite has also issues.
Inverting the y-ax doesn't do anything.
(Just wanted to play the whole evening, but this is unplayable for me.)

After restarting steam, the controller earned. But when you rotate the camera during the game there was a small jerking. That is, the camera rotation was not smooth. Play is not comfortable. I use Xbox one elite controller. Sorry for my english.

Yep, same problem here with my controller. I actually can play but the buttons are all switched up and it's a chaos. The same way the other comments talk about it, jump with R3 instead of A and all of that.

Same here, i cannot play with xbox one elite controller on PC, game just doesnt detect the gamepad, game is unplayable for me now. Please fix this asap.

Just updated and Xbox 360 controller support is broken. Tried re-launching Steam and re-plugging controller: doesn't work.

Needs a hotfix asap.
