nfs shift 2 physXloader.dll error

Ive tried uninstalling, reinistaling using steam origin and im getting this missing physXloader.dll error and i tried searching both folders where the game is installed and tried instaling there and nothing works. It gives me an error i have a newer version an tired we playingn it and nothing.

Bro i bought it through steam and registered it in Origin and get the same issue in both.

I know this is an old thread, but for the sake of future searches on this problem...

For NVidia users, this happens, because when you register the key with Origin, and then download the game through the Origin client, it also downgrades your PhysX System Software to an earlier (legacy) version. Downloading the latest version from HERE[www.nvidia.com], and installing it should resolve the problem for NVidia users.

just a fyi you don't need a nvidia card to use this, the game is looking for older PhysX files, it doesn't matter what gpu you have, if you have a AMD gpu it uses the CPU instead of the gpu
