Failed to save profile

The last weeks I get a message when i'm logged in to the game : Failed to save profile.
I can't acces my saved game anymore..
I removed the saved game from my documents, but still the same problem.
Please help

So... Can you find the following folder: C:\Username\My Documents\NFS SHIFT UNLEASHED
(not sure about the exact name of the folder... But Something like that)?

yes i can, I deleted there (first made backup) the default.save. But no succes

check your Harddisk. right click on your Harddisk ........

do the chkdsk by right-clicking on your drive, going to "Tools" and selecting "Check now..."

try go to steam settings and remove The memory cache should fix that otherwise talk to the developer if they would even respond.

I also had the same issue and I just figured it out. For some reaseon, when I try to run the game on a windows local profile, it saves perfectly fine. When I run the game on my microsoft account profile, it always fails to save.
