Why I can't launch the game?plz help

My PC system is Windows 11,I am unable to start the game, it's not working when I launch the game on Steam

Hello. Try that: go to path/directory "...\steamapps\common\Need For Speed Shift 2\install\PhysX", and run the file "PhysX_9.10.0513_SystemSoftware.exe", proceed with installation, and it might fix the game to start. It solves the EA App version of Shift2 too, but the path is different.
