Autolog LVL reward cars missing after server shutdown

I rebooted my old 2018 save game but the Autolog reward cars (like the Need for Speed SHELBY Terlingua) are missing after the servers were shutdown.

Is there anyway to recover these cars without messing my progression or resorting to a 100% save?
