and you do 6 secs of drift on ebisu?
NIKFS Feb 24, 2018 @ 6:03am
dont know, and actually i realized i used the ae86/corolla in shift 1, but its available in shift 2 as well and is nice to drift imo, best bet for 6 secs drifts are cars you can drift slowly and try to take a otherwise "dumb" line that doesnt give that much points/will throw you into the grass but gives you a longer drift

4 years later - The event objective for all career drift tracks is 4 (easy), 6 (medium), or 7 (hard) seconds. For most of the drift tracks, 4 seconds isn't an issue, but for togue, 4 seconds is very unlikely or not possible. However, there is a cheat engine script | trainer with an option to reduce the drift objective time to 1 second. Once you set the objective, it stays set, which after completing the drift event, will show as 4, 6, or 7 seconds, depending on gameplay difficulty setting.

This thread is pretty old but might leave this here for anyone looking or just as a reminder to future me.

while I don't know about the 6 or 7 second drifts, I do know that 4 second is possible given the fact I just did it a couple minutes ago after a bunch of failed runs. Key is to get a car that is nimble in the tight bends and can hold long drifts you don't need a fast car given the fact that you cant hold a drift long enough you are looking for speeds around 30-40 miles any faster wont do.

I did this with a 240sx s13 with a pi of exactly 600
parts installed are as follows:
Engine
Cold Air Intake
Cat Back Exhaust
Pro Street Cams
High Rev Dual Spring/Retainer
High Compression Forged Piston
Programmable ECU
Pro Street Spec Flywheel
did not swap the engine
Drivetrain Maxed out everything
Turbo Street Turbo
Suspension Maxed out
Brakes Maxed out everything
Tires Stock
Body everything Level 2
and a Full NOS Kit
(note: I tried with the Drift Alliance S13 seems to be able to do it to but I since you can trigger the pop up only once had to count the seconds myself was able to count to 5 before hitting the wall)

Now where I got it and how
I got it on the bend right before the second hairpin. I pretty much gave up went on YouTube and saw this ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vyhih8bDbCg ) specifically at 1:19 the key here is to not hit the hill behind your car, delay the drift with handbrake as much as you can but don't over do it or you will spinout, and drift till you go face first into the wall with the trees just before the hairpin.

Happy drifting
