G29 does not work

I can't make it work, can't even change button settings, anyone got custom mapping for that?

hi you need to install Logitech gaming software first to detect your wheel after that an option will appear for that wheel also you can find instruction on you wheel box manual

hi, thank you for reply. unfortunately, I already have this software, racedriver: grid works with my g29 from time to time, but I can't force shift2 to work with G29, there is no nfs shift2 profile, I also made custom profile using shift2.exe but it still does not work, I tried everything, even origin version

yes, latest version. My wheel and pedals worked with origin version, it was weird because I had center view set to brake pedal and small other problems but the biggest problem is my H shifter, I doesn't work, well it works but it shifts gears to 5th, then it goes from 5th to R and starting randomly accelarating..

Hey man, I'm having the exact same problem. I'm using the G920, which is just the Xbox version of yours. So far, all I can tell is that the buttons for the G920 and G29 have different numbers than the G25 and G27. This isn't a problem for the rest of the controls, because you can remap them in the game. However, gears for the H-shifter are not including in the keybindings, although the game has default keybinding buried somewhere in the code, I just cannot find it.

I literally worked on this for 5 hours last night. No luck. I even found some .xml files for default controls. Even after going through the hassle of editing them, they do not change anything.

I have no idea what to do from here.
