Define best?

I prefer the one near the spring on the mountain, since it's far away from everyone and my crazy omnidisciplinary artist can work in relative peace...aside from the occassional papazzri that wanders in and gets munched by the cow-plants.

Game-wise, Sims like 15 Summer Hill Court the best. It gives them a +30 moodlet for "Beautiful Vista". 477 Sunyside Blvd gives them +25.
