how to install mods like decensor ?

i cant install the decensor mod can anyone help me ?

If you're talking about most mods, such as NRAAS ones, you:

• Download and unzip/unarchive the mod. It should be a file that ends with a .package extension.
• In your computer's "Documents" area, find the "Electronic Arts" folder, open the "The Sims 3" folder, and open the "Mods" folder. (If there is no "Mods" folder inside "The Sims 3" then create one.)
• Create a "Packages" folder inside the "Mods" folder (if there isn't one already).
• Place the .package file from the first step inside the Packages folder.
• Inside the "Mods" folder itself, you will need a Resource.cfg file that tells the game to look for your mods. You can download one here: http://skuld.modthesims.info/Resource.cfg

Finally, note that you must do all this while the game is not running.
