Wearing Incorrect Career Outfit

My Sim has been putting on the wrong outfits before heading to work, often deciding to go with a graduation robe. It becomes the default outfit, so I can't edit it, and I can't manage to remove the mortarboard if I try to make a second outfit, because there's no hair option.

Does anybody know how to fix this? It's pretty annoying. :\

well when you get far enough in a career you get to choose what your work cloths are.

so down load the pills mod at mod the sims and take the transim pill to stay awake and get your skill points up fast. The pill is pretty much meth great mod.

they've been screwed up for awhile now. In order to fix this go to "plan outfit" in the dresser and simply make them a second career outfit

Does your sim have the inappropriate trait? sims with this trait usually do this.

Nope. No traits that would affect it.

I've noticed that when I manually put on the graduation robe, my "career outfit" (graduation robe at this point) will also duplicate itself. I can delete the excess outfits, but still, the whole issue is annoying.

I've restarted, and I'm just going to avoid the graduation robes altogether. Hopefully the problem doesn't return. :)

Quit job and rejoin it usually also fixes it
