Running in a borderless window?

I was wondering if there's any way (preferably builtin) to run the Sims 3 in a borderless window, since I have two monitors and want to be able to use both.

I don't know any way to do it that is built into the game, but if you havn't already done so you could try this app posted to the old Steam Forums by Hellstrong -> http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2675769

Someone mentions using it with Sims 3 in post #99 of the thread

The old Steam forums have been acting weird lately, I think because they're not being properly maintained by Valve. I'm not sure what the program being discussed in the thread was, but this one seems to have a good reputation:
