How to change language?

Hello,
Yesterday I was playing in my language.
This morning I play, language changed to English...

I tried to reinstall, check the options, nothing.

Have you tried switching the language for the game in the Steam client? Right click on the game in your library list, select Properties from the dropdown list that appears, then select language in the language tab.

There is no language tab in the properties

The language options are definately there on Steam for Sims 3 for me

Exit and restart Steam and if that doesn't help, try refreshing steam files, then verify integrity of the game cache.

ok, I figured out a little workaround:
1.go to your Steam folder e.g. C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Sims 3
there you have files like 47890_install.vdf
2.copy them in backup
3.open it/them(depending on the expansion packs) in a text editor
4.replace every entry witch seems english per copy and paste with the entry to your language.

in my case for example :

{
"english"
{
"Locale" "de-de"
"Country" "DE"
}

i don't understand why it don't works for me :/. I changed all the XXXX_install "Locale en-US and Country XX" in "Locale fr-fr and country FR" but when i start the game, the first windows (The Sims 3 Game Launcher) still in english :(
