The Sims™ 3

The Sims™ 3

A Custom music issue
Now, i have a bunch of songs in my Custom music folder, and they were working fine the last time i played, but now when i go in game and turn on the radio NONE of my songs play, they are just these 9 or so lame songs that aren't in my CMF. like WTF? where are all my tunes?

is there a limit to how many songs can be in the file? does it REALLY matter that i changed the titles of the songs so they look neat and normal instead of [YOUTUBE SONG.MP3] FOLLOW ON TWITTERx- (name of song).mp3 or whatever (random dumb example). it looked like $hit so i changed it. to (name of song).mp3

has anyone else experienced this? wtf is going on here?

Okay i think i figured it out.

Just go to documents/Electronic arts and remove the sims 3 folder and place it on your desktop. then start the game, it'll be like a fresh install but thats not a problem. once at the main menu quit the game and there should be a new Sims 3 folder go in there and delete the lame songs that's in the new custom songs folder, then take it out and place it on the desktop. trasfer your music to the NEW CSF Delete the NEW SIMS 3 folder that spawned when you started the game, from Documents/EA and replace it with your old one. re add the new CSF to your old Sims 3 folder and that worked for me all my songs are there now.

WHY did this happen in the first place? i have no clue. smh :/
