Fortune teller issue

I'm having a issue where my clientele requirement for promotions is bad and nothing raises it...i read group readings was supposed to but i've been running that for 2 hours real time and it has not made a difference how can i raise it? I'm high up in mystic brance and getting to know clientele is not a option
