Sims 3 Pets didn't/won't download??

Today I bought the Pets expansion off Steam and I can see the CD key and it's listed in my DC list for the Sims, but in the Launcher and in-game it isn't there. I think what happened is that it didn't actually download (I never saw it download) but I can't figure out how to actually download it. Help??

• Be sure that you're online with Steam (menubar: Steam -> Go online...).
  
  
• If that's not it, then go to the Library, right-click the game, and click Properties -> Updates, then make sure the "Automatic updates" are set to "Always keep this game up to date."
  
  
  
• If that's not it, then go to the Library, right-click the game, and click Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

Hopefully one of those will work :-)
