Missing Tombstone

Hello, I'm rather new to Sims 3.

Got a house party invitation from a neighbor and I decided to attend with my 2 of my sim's friends. While partying, one of the friend fainted or some sort. I thought, okay, maybe they need sleep. So the party went on and this sim just laying there unconscious until at one point the camera forces to lock on to him and the grim reaper showed up.

Everyone stopped what they were doing and mourned him, my sim included. Afterwards his tombstone was nowhere to be found. Can I still find his tombstone? I tried to look around the neighbor's house where he died and it's not there. I also tried to look at the dead sim's house and the stone wasn't there either.

Additional info:
1. I'm not using any mods
2. I have all expansion packs installed but none of the Store items
3. This happened at Starlight Shores world.

It's usually an Urn that is left behind. It could be on a table or on the floor where they died, or on a patio table outside. There are tons of places to look. If a gravestone was left behind, it would be outside on the grounds somewhere, or in the local cemetery.

If they were not part of your household, then you might need to look in the graveyard for a tombstone, or enter the mausoleum in the graveyard to find it. I forget exactly how it works when you enter the mausoleum, but I'm fairly sure that I once retrieved a family member's remains from there.

Thank you. I'll take a look at the graveyard to see if it's there. Also the sim died inside the house so it was a small urn and it immediately disappeared after the ghost did a pleading animation with the grim reaper.

Note: The ghost was still able to send my sim a wedding gift after he died lol. Not sure if that was a bug or not.

Edit: Found em. It's in the mausoleum using the "Manage the Dead" option. Thanks again!
