Option A: If you have a spare PC with CD-ROM hanging around, use that PC and copy the disc's content on a portable harddrive or a large enough flashdrive. Remember set your system to show hidden folder and files[windows.microsoft.com] (if you are not using Windows, please Google). Now you should be able to install the expansion pack using the expansion's .exe or whatever installation file it uses.
Option 0: Buy a external CD-ROM, something like this[www.amazon.com]. This is by no means the only one that works, and you should shop around for more options. Most of these should work without having you looking for drivers. Just follow the instruction and install the expansion from the CD.
