Problems with Exchange Worlds

(I currently have the base Sims 3 game with the Ambitions and Seasons packs installed only)

So i decided to download a few worlds from the Exchange to see how they were, and i found two that i liked, Brooklyn Heights and Cradle Paradise , but the problem is that in BH, the bridge that connects both sides is missing for me, as well as some of the actual buildings. In CP, what appears to be the sports stadium and science center of sorts is just black, with no textures or anything.

I looked at the Exchange page but it only says the theres content from Sims 3, no expansions or content bought with SimPoints are listed. Am i missing something like an EP/SP or is it just an error on my end?

I can't say for certain, but for Brooklyn Heights, the materials look largely to be from the Late Night EP and the Bridgeport town. In CradleParadise, I can't tell.

Note that Brooklyn Heights is from My Sim Realty, which has its own site: http://www.mysimrealty.com/ . There, they say that Brooklyn Heights requires World Adventures, Ambitions, and Late Night.
