How to get my sim thin again?

Ok here is the problem.
My sim wont stop growing mussle's.
Despite me feeding him the most unhealthy things he just remains a well mussled tree.

How do i get him to grow thin again?

eat too much, being lazy, never exercise. thats how i do that in Sims 2.

You can try for the Body Sculptor lifetime reward.
Other than that, I think not doing any excercise will do the trick. Might take a while though.

I had my lil' adopted sim who was a little on the chubby side but very athletic. When she was older I had her max her athletic skills and challenges and she was very lean and muscular. However, within the span of only TWO days without exercise , she returned to her original weight. She never over-ate or anything and my other (lazier) sims could be thinner than her and never gain weight. I have no idea if this was some kind of game mechanic around the concept of a 'natural' weight or a glitch, but I could never get her to stay lean without daily effort.

I didn't use cheat methods back then so I don't know if that'll work. U want the cheat?

Nah i just get the large and encharge potion.

Alternately, make them jog everywhere they go, and only do cardio workouts, not strength workouts.

Treadmill gets you slim. Head down to the gym and make it an endless leg-day.

or if you have an alchemist and make the potion that gets you thin again,
