Cheat for Name Change Help - Solved
I'm having an overpopulation issue and I need to change a lot of Sim names so I can easier merge households...

In short I need a quick way to change names instead of going to City Hall at the right time everyday. I've found that I need to use testingCheatsEnabled and shift+click and choose edit in CAS option.

I can't get the menu to come up however when I try to "shift+click". Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I've never used the testingCheats before

basic checklist:
Did you type:
testingcheatsenabled true?
Did you shift leftclick on the sim?
Did you save and load(change's via cas are rather buggy)

It is important that you type testingcheatsenabled true to enable them and testingcheatsenabled false to disable them.

You can also use NRaas's MasterController, to avoid having to go through the testingcheatsenabled rigamarole.

The places I found for that never had true behind them. There's my problem. Thank you!
