Small question about World Builder Installer not recognizing my game:

probably this was already answered, but i gonna ask anyway:

my Sims 3 Folder is Located on Driver letter :Z, but the Installer for the World Builder does not recognize that the game is installed in the Computer for some weird reason.
is there any fix for it.

also, completely Unrelated but since this is Essential so i can play Island Paradise:
The Disable Helm in Boats mod is not working for some reason. tried both types of folders in the Mods folder (Overrides and Packages), and it doesn't show up. i know this is not the place to talk about mods, but if you guys have any idea what's going on i'd be grateful.
