World Adventures: can't start new adventures.
Both my sims are in Las Champs Les Simmes, and I'm running into a problem where the adventure board won't give out any new adventures. My sims will interact with the adventure board, but no new adventure opportunities will appear. I've been to all three World Adventure locations multiple times, and both my sims are at Visa Level 2 for France.

The game likes to pace things out so you don't level up your Visa all in one trip. When the game was new on the market, everyone thought this was a bug in the game. I've come to realize that the developers just didn't want it to be too easy to get a Visa all in one trip. The board will usually let you get 2 or 3 Adventures per trip and then stop giving them to you so that you have to visit again. Sometimes you can get 4 or 5 of them, but that is less common. (EDIT: Actually, it's been some months since I've played. I might be off a little on how many is normal.) It's a bit randomized. I just keep checking the board each day to see if I can get a new Adventure or not.

NRAAS modders saw everyone getting frustrated and wanting to get their Visas quicker, so they called it a bug, and "fixed" it with one of their mods. Go to the NRAAS site, and download one or more of their mods if you want to get your Visas in just one trip. I've never used a mod in all my thousands of hours on this game, so I don't know which one you need, but a quick search on this forum will probably tell you.

I found a thread with the correct NRAAS mod(s) to use:

Master Controller (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/MasterController): click on sim or lot -> NRaas -> Master Controller -> Basic -> Opportunity. The World Adventures stuff is under Career if memory serves and you can simply pick the opportunity you want

Debug Enabler (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/DebugEnabler): pretty much the same. It just gets there by a different route.

I find Master Controller to be a bit simpler to use, but that may be because I'm just used to it.
