- Internet Explorer (even if you use a different default browser, the launcher uses IE to display stuff).
- Adobe Flash
- Adobe Air
- Java
- Microsoft C++ redistributable
Having any one of those out of date can cause the errors you're seeing.But, the errors don't really affect much, and you can safely ignore them if you don't want to sign into Origin in your Launcher.

The step I recommend the most is in 3.9: Install NRaas Overwatch to help your computer cope with Sims 3.
Line: 104
Char: 3
Error: Expected identifier,string or number
Code: 0
URL: http://launcherapi.thesims3.com/launcher/home.html?launcherLocale=en_US&launcherCountry=US&var=loggedOut

Even if you already put whole shebang of plugin like newest IE, java, flash, shockwave and silverlight.
If the code is deprecated, there would still be... you guess it... "script error"
As Derper93 says, just click OK every time the error comes up and you should end up at the proper screens of the launcher as if nothing happened.
