Gold Sim Statues? Help PLZ!

There is absolutely nothing on the Wiki about what you can do with gold sim statues from the philosopher stone. Honestly, I dont know how to sell or even move the statue. Someone please help

I think there are 2 kinds of statues: one is from dying during a transmutation error and the second is from "Midas touch".

In the case of the former, you shoulld be able to move and sell the statue. In the case of the latter, it's only temporary and the statue will become a Sim again eventually.

I know this is possible. I did not Midas touch my sim, it died using the philosopher stone. In any case the wiki says moving and selling an actual gold sim is possible, but mine only has the option to view. Whenever i try to click-drag the statue, it wont move, and in sim house editor it says "object cant be moved/deleted."
p.s: i know the gold statue sim is dead, grim reaper took her soul away.

The option to sell or move doesn't show up, is this a glitch or do I have to wait until the family is done mourning?

Possibly a glitch. Does using the moveObjects on cheat help?
