Crashing before even load

Hi, since last week, after steam got a new update, I tried to play my game as usual, but for some reason, my game load, but crashes, it wasn't happening this before, then i tried to reinstall all again, but still didn't help, i tried to see my files to know if has any other error, or corrupted. Then I tried to install into my brother PC(better than mine). And the game still crashes, also appear a message now "the sims 3: unable to start game service initialization failed" I through it was some files or cache, i tried to clean delete but still not working. But now I'm trying to download by EA, to see if that gonna work. I hope someone can help me pls, for any tips or solution to this issues. I already tried everything

Did you also look at the thread on the link I posted?

Have you uninstalled any expansion pack or other content packs recently? Doing so will leave registries behind. It's not a clean uninstall. You'll need to remove those extra registries by hand or with a program like CCleaner.

I have the same issue! Can't pass from the launcher and then it just closes, no matter how many times I try it just closes again :c

My PC is brand new so it's not system requirements problem at all. Super weird, and sad ;;
I'm getting a message that 3 files are missing when I verify my files, tho. Anyways, it doesn't matter how many times I try to fix that, always same error -.-

Have you uninstalled any Expansion Packs or Stuff Packs recently? As I have already told Jujuba, the uninstall is never clean. Registries will be left behind and you need to remove those by hand or with a program like CCleaner.

I did everything i could do but still not working, for my sanity I'm giving up, I searched many hours and spent alot of time and staying awake until morning doing everything still not working :(

I deleted all the caches, I deleted all my mods, my saves, my saved sims, I used ccleaner, I sent email for EA too. Also guys you know what is more curious? EA App update The sims 3 to 1.69. 43.024017 and on Steam the update is until 1.67.2.024037. I have all the screenshoots that I take yesterday proving that. Including the Error Message : Unable to start game: service initialization failed (0x0175d824). I searched in many places like reddit, ea, steam and blogs. Nobody can help me, I'm pretty sad, nothing worked to me ;-;

Yes, the Steam version has a different number than the EA or Origin version. That's intentional on EA/Steam's part. I forgot to ask what operating system you are using? Windows 10? Windows 11?

Even if appear another message of error about the version of the game, Steam doesn't have updates this is so unffair. Speending so much in to a game that does'nt even have a good support.
