My favorites are twinbrook and Midnight Hollow. Comes after, starlight shores and Bridgeport.

I'm rather fond on Riverview (freebie from the store). It's biggest drawback is that most homes are in the 2-3 bedroom range and the pickings are awfully slim for anything larger. Midnight Hollow and Twinbrook are my second choices. Bridgeport kind of goes to the bottom of the list because I'm not a big-city fan. I almost never play Isla Paradiso. It's got way too many performance issues that I have not been able to resolve. There are lots of really awesome player-created worlds out there, too. The biggest drawback to them is that they come unpopulated, so you need to either do it manually or you need to use a mod to do it for you. But if you can deal with that issue, just google for them and play around until you find one you like.

I personally love Bridgeport. Although I'd love some larger lots in that map, to give room for farms or countryside houses, rather than straight up downtown charm.
Twinbrook is also another favorite of mine, I love its swampy area, gives a nice variation to the environment. Sadly it is also a bit too small for dramatic expansion.

Having all that said, all maps do have their pros and cons, but if I were to play on a new map right now, it'd be Bridgeport again. I'm a sucker for apartments you see, I find them very cozy.

I like Hidden Springs(Store) the most. River View(Store) and Aurora Skies(Store) are also nice
I dislike Bridgeport(Late Night DLC) becouse most clubs are always very empty and biggest problem is it take forever to go from a club to an appartment and back atleast an hour of ingame time

Isla Paradiso.

It's a very exotic world, at first glance you'd never expect that such a hot place could freeze so often.
