But now i know a mod exist to reset the walk...On nraas...the mod is call DebugEnabler.
There is one slightly less invasive fix that sometimes works and that's to go into Edit Town mode and evict your Sims from their house. You can either move them right back in or drop them into a different house, but evicting frequently unsticks stuck things. Be sure to do a separate save (Save As...) before doing this so that you can revert if it causes a serious issue. It shouldn't, but then Sims shouldn't get stuck in sneaking animations, either.
