Which stuff pack was affected? Because I only have problem with Pets
PS: Cant find option to email EA instead (I want to email screenshot with the receipt of purchase, for example). I also want email to avoid paying internacional call fees
To be clear: I have all content I purchased through Steam, its just a key issue not showing up (in other words really a technicallity that should not exist in the first place). There is option to call too yes as well as live chat but I would very much preferred email support as an option too anyway as I play other EA games that indeed have that option for their services and that is the most confortable option as it helped me close many game issues with those games. I could definitely enjoy all my content if I wanted as I have on Steam its just I prefer to have it on Origin (again in my case is just a technical issue I feel could usually be solved through email alone)
They do but its for very specific games (not general game issues) as I am learning now
Seems my country is not affected as I checked the link provided and only has 2 options there and none of them is email. Ty for the reply anyway
