Being new to The Sims 3, I'm curious if this could just be an attempt at politely telling one what one is not normally allowed to do? - i.e. what happens if there isn't a Sim there for the Home Owners Association to communicate with?
There is no sims for the Home Owners Association, its just a 'thing' they added in to stop people from building outside the lots. i.e. like adding a pond on your property.
Edit Town it shouldn't interfere at all, but im building using the sims funds, expanding their house, fixing up properties they bought, etc.
hense why it should be a feature we could shut off, or restrict on a per lot basis. The 'real' home owners assocation doesn't cover 'every' house 'everywhere' just within specific areas. looked for a mod to disable it but came up empty handed.
haha "Click" no more worries ;)
