Sim is stuck in an interaction

Was sitting down to teach a toddler how to talk, and once they learned it, they havent stopped talking? Both Sims are in horrible moods, and I cant cancel the interactions. Theyre still sitting there stuck.
Passing out is next action on list since theyve been stuck there for so long. And that cant even happen. Theyre starving, and i just adopted this kid the day before; Im a horrible parent.

Anyone know how to fix this? Like a refresh or something? Dont want to delete this household.

You could move them out then move them back in but if you run it as active house hold after they will die so run a diffrent house hold.

Try opening the cheat menu and type in resetsim firstname lastname but of course write down your sim's name ex : resetsim Bob Bobson

To open the cheat menu simply do Ctrl+shift+c the box where you need to write is in the upper left corner

press ctrl, shift and C at the same time. In a blue bar in the top left corner, type in ResetSim Al Bert. Lets just say his first name is Al and his last name is Bert. Your sim may be different.
