Where can i find the serial code? downloading content from the sims launcher requires me to register with my code, is there a way to find serial code on steam?

Steam and EA started hiding the CD keys for the base game a while back because people were reselling them. If you need the CD key, you have to contact EA support. Show them proof that you own the game, and they will give you the CD key.
