I think you can if you use the testingcheatsenabled true cheat, shift-click on the sim in question and then find the career option maybe? Not sure as I hardly ever use that cheat or option to shift-click on a sim.

I guess that, or NRAAS Master controller, or i guess owning the business directly but im not sure about that, but i remember you can do some management stuff. ofc if you aint using cheats, that depends on how much money it is, usually t he DInner place is what you gonna buy first or what i did
