Is Sims 3 no longer available as "Family Share"?

I have been playing Sims 3 under the family share option. and this morning the game is labeling it as "Purchase" now.

i would double check and make sure that its all still enabled on both accts for share, occasionally steam will accidentally turn this off.

When the person who is family sharing their game to you, is currently playing, you will not be able to play their shared games until they turn off steam. Getting that person to use offline mode won't work. The person that you are being shared to has to be offline for you to be able to play the shared game.
