Does a Sim in my family who has drunk the immortal potion, from a lifetime reward, remain immortal if I move him to another house.
So, I have age progression turned on. I always enjoy having this on and usually work to get the Sims in my family to earn the lifetime reward of the Age Freeze Potion. If I have a Sim in my family drink the potion and then split the household and place him in another house in town, will his age remain frozen? I'm hoping it will, since I'd like my main Sim to have town friends in several different houses who never age, while everyone else does age.

I can't find any information on this, but I imagine it would do so. The only thing the Age Freeze potion does is to stop the aging process on the sim who drinks it, so I believe that the effect would remain permanent.

However, if this doesn't work, I'd like to suggest a different procedure, one that involves the Supernatural DLC.
1) Start a multi-sim household with at least ONE of the characters as a vampire.
2) Once the vampire sim gets 30,000 LHP, get the Immortal LHR.
No more aging, no more having to worry about sun. You'll still have to deal with the "Thirst" motive, but that's easily handled I play as vampires a lot in this game, and this is the technique I use.

Oh, ummm, ugh. I hate vampires, so that's a no-go for me.
