That or having that dwarf set free if you bought one but that dwarf doesnt do noises just random stuff
And third option, but it can be anywhere but your house, if one of your sims has a Ghost Hunter profession
it seems like, neither of the 3 is the case to me
Is there a gravestone or an urn on your property?
I don't have Supernatural, so I don't know if the witches, or whatever, do that kind of thing, but I suppose Vampires from Late Night could be making noises.
You'd have to search the property for any gravestones on the ground, and you can search the inside of the house for any urns. If either of those are on your property, then the related ghost will appear at night on random days. I you want to get rid of the ghost, you can pick up the urn or gravestone and put it in the local cemetary. You might also be able to put it in the Mausoleum at the cemetary.
Are you playing in Sunset Valley, or a different town? Agnes Crumplebottom's deceased husband has a gravestone on her property. The Goth house has a lot of gravestones.
