mods to remove mature content

I might be wrong here but I think the OP is suggesting a mod to get rid of all "Woohoo" and pixelated animations.

Hmmm. Not sure you could get rid of woohoo since it leads to sim babies. It's probably hard-coded into the game. Everything is covered up during woohoo either by bed covers or pixelation. If you get rid of pixelated animations, sims couldn't take baths or showers or sit on the toilet since those are all normally pixelated.

OP, could you explain further what you need? It might help people better answer your question. Have you played the game yourself? I only ask because people who haven't often get the wrong idea because they see modded games on YouTube and such & think the regular game is similar. That happened a lot with Sims 2.

Could be a troll. Could be a parent whose kid asked for the game & who believes everything they hear and doesn't really know how the game operates. I'd rather educate them than take them for their worst. If they're a troll, it took 2 minutes out of my time when I was over here anyway due to a different problem. No worries. Not entirely true that, there's the never nude trait which has them clothed when showering, possibly other traits do similar, can remember if it's insane or another separate one entirely but there's another where they just wear random stuff, possibly hydrophobia does it too with the logic of "I must wear armour (clothing) if I'm to face this enemy alone" or something lol!
