Open Location of where the game is installed and then open up the Fun with Pets folder. Open the folder called SP9. Inside that you will want to open TSData folder. Then open the Res Folder and then the Config Folder.
The File you are looking for is called Graphic Rules.sgr (open with note pad). Add the line seti textureMemory n (where n = your texture memory amount but any value over 64 will do... mine is set to 1024).
Make sure you add it in the Constants section.
I personally am shocked EA is doing this.
Origin will then proceed to "download" the game however, it will detect that the files already exist. It will then scan the existing files and if its happy with them, it will simply say that the game is installed and won't actually download anything.
