Dating: Unsure. Never used the system.
Painting: Depends. 1-2k is normal.
Relationships: You'd have to explain in further detail.
Bonus: 600k and up is considered rich by the game.
Thanks for the answers,
Relationships:
I meant if for some reason my main sim were to be out of the house and the other sim got the mail, would they act jelous if they found out it was a gift from an admirer/other partner? I have various "charisma" perks so I a wide range of people are interested in me so I'm just wondering if I were to get any negative points for recieving love-letters,gifts,etc.
Anyway, I might be able to help a little, though I don't usually get too involved with the supernatural stuff so here goes...
How good is your relationship when you confess? It could be that it's something you should only tell a friend or better, not an acquaintance; it might also be something you should never say, like the weird "Confess to watching you while you sleep" interaction.
I believe that you can, in some cases, accuse her of cheating when her husband is around, then enjoy the fireworks. I've definitely seen that option on some Sims, but I cannot say the exact social formula that causes it to appear.
This really depends on a lot of factors: Sim's skill (you say mastered) so, if you're set up correctly, you should be able to get 5K Simoleons per painting.
Your Sim should have the Artistic trait, of course, only paint when their mood is very high (and to help this, be sure the room they paint in is well decorated and has any mood boosters you can put in it). Be sure your Sim has the Extra Creative lifetime reward. The Steel Bladder reward can also help as they can just spend that much more time painting. Registering as "Self-employed" as a painter will also increase the money your Sim makes while painting.
Finally, remember that hanging a painting in your home causes it to appreciate in value, so always hang them a while before selling if you want the most money out of them.
I think it's closer to 120K in total assets, though I've never seen anything official on it.
Cool I have nothing to worry about then :D
Thanks for the help!
(I can only answer two of your questions, I'm sorry. ;c; )
Painting:
I've managed to get 1-2k average as well, but sometimes I'll get 3k or even 4k when my Sims paint. I realized as I trained my household to be masters that my two with the artistic skill get more money than my athletic- totally not artistic guy. As well as the fact your painting skill heavily effects the prices you'll get. For example, a practice painting is only like 300 sim cash, unlike their masterpieces 4,000. I'm also not sure if you can control the quality, but my sims don't always make masterpieces ether when they're perfectly happy, sometimes they'll just make something "amazing" or what not. Basically "Just not as good as the masterpiece quality." (Sorry, can't remember all the exact quality names lol.)
Rich:
Well, I don't know about 600,000 sim dollars (I don't know how they spell "Similoan" or "Simaloan" or what so sorry I keep saying "Sim dollars" lol.) because I've NEVER owned that much, however I do know when I scroll over my cats or other sims in my household relationships they'll have the "Rich" status on them. Currently I think I have 160,000 on me so... It may seem like a lot but it's no where near 600,000 in the compare.
I hope my noobish, "Only one week of Sims 3 skill combined with years of playing Sims 2 knowledge" has helped. Sorry if I just didn't make any sense. ;3; (And even more so, I'm talking about Sims 3, sorry. I mean like... I recognize simularitys in Sims 3 that Sims 2 also had, and used that to get where I am so fast in the game without any cheats like using skill sets and personalitys to my advantage. Sorry if you got confused thinking I'm rambling about the older game and not being useful whatsoever lol.)
Thanks for your answer! I played Sims 2 as well :)
I'll also get a pet and see if I got the rich status !
if your not going to be nice do not say anything
