Sims 3: Bug in the house

Hi, I have a problem with my home: all things in the house, only inside of the house, are invisible and me and sims we can't interact with the things. I can buy, move and delete from the Buy Mode and Build Mode, but when I put Live Mode again all things disappear. Please, I need help!
*I have the NRAAS mods.

AND .. You did try restarting your computer right ?

I have the 4 mods of NRaas (ErrorTrap, OverWatch, Register & MasterController) and just a downloaded house :(

I'd restart your computer if you haven't done that yet ..

To see if reloading everything back into memory will fix it.

In any game, and commonly when using mods/hacks .. things don't always stay set in memory exactly right. It presses the limits of what nook-cranny things can fit in memory

Sometimes this is a combination of the graphic option "enable object hiding" and the particular angle at which you're looking through the house (often low to the floor). Does turning off object hiding make them re-appear?

Apart from that, are the furniture custom content or game default? Sometimes custom content has this problem when it's not made correctly, or when it's not updated for the latest patches to the game.
