Hey guys, i brought the sims 3 yestarday to play and this error is appearing everytime i try to play. I already have EA account and the sims registration... I just can't play it yet cause of this error. What can i do? Thanks for the help!

This problem can be caused by any one of these problems:

• Leaving your Mods/Packages or Downloads folder open when starting the game
  
• Leaving your Screenshots folder open when starting the game
  
• Leaving your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 folder open, due to clearing caches before starting the game
  
• Having a CC file or a game .package/.world file open in S3PE when starting the game
  
• Having S3oc opened when starting the game
  
• Having Create-A-World Tool opened when starting the game
  
• Having too many characters in save file

Solution 1: Restart your computer.

Solution 2: If that doesn't work, or you don't want to do that, you can manually unlock files.
