i recall the last time i played my sim on TS3 they had the flu and the game directed me to go to the nearest hospital to get a shot, the same with allergies as well after picking wildflowers for early simoleons.

are you able to do this for your sims?

I did notice that but rather buy something like no sleep perk. Sleeping takes AGES in this sim compared to Sims 4 with a good bed. >.< That's a lot more time to do skills, fish and do other things. xD

i always focus on immortality trait first, it might be expensive, but when you get your ducks in a row it's actually quite simple to reach, after that, you can sort of take your time towards the immunity reward trait because your sim will never age.

I can confirm that all your Sim has to do when they are sick is go to the hospital to get a shot.
