Install Radeon Pro[www.radeonpro.info]
Add a new profile (green plus icon)
go to your game exe file e.g mine's "C:\Sims 3\The Sims 3\Game\Bin" and look for "TS3W.exe".
Under Tweaks bar, select
V-sync: "Always on"
Display refresh rate: 60hz
"Lock up frame rate to monitor's refresh rate"
Ensure the ingame refresh rate is set to 60hz as well.
Give it a shot.
Edit : I saw your message in the other topic.
My problem is that even if I go the pannel to modify some settings it does not work. Like if I did not apply the setting or something.
Let say I want to activate V-Sync on Sims 3 and activate it in the Nvidia control pannel then launch the game. Well in the game it will not have V-Sync enable, no matter what I do.
So after having check my Nvidia Control panel, put all the option like Pyrob said. I launched the game windowed (and no v-sync was activated sadly)
But I launch just after a little software called "Borderless Gaming" wich allow to very easily put game in Borderless mode.
I think the fact I launch the game first, then Borderless made it lock at 60fps with V-sync because usually I launch BG first then the game. Anyway It works for now.
