Pregnancy not working at all
(This is my first time legitimately using the Steam community for anything so I'm sorry for any errors lol)

Pregnancy is not working at all in my game for some reason. The little pregnancy jingle will play during a "Try for Baby" interaction, but outside of that, my Sims will never be observably pregnant or give birth.

Sims don't get morning sickness or realize they're pregnant. They will also never develop a baby bump, enter labor, or give birth, even at well past the 72 hour mark. Viewing a Sim's status with the Master Controller (nraas) or Pregnancy Controller (cmar) tools will show that they are, in fact, pregnant, but I can't force them to enter labor or give birth, even with Pregnancy Controller. The only thing I have to go off of is that Pregnancy Controller says that pregnancy isn't showing, but I don't know how I could have done that (I should note that pregnancy wasn't working even before I installed Pregnancy Controller).

I do have quite a bit of CC installed-- mostly custom clothing-- but the only mods I had installed that seemed to directly affect pregnancy in any way were Master Controller, Pregnancy Controller, and cmar's pregnant morph mods (which have historically never counteracted with another mod for as long as I've used them). I've tried enabling aging, enabling story progression, manually removing and reinstalling CC, and even reinstalling the entire game, but I haven't been able to get pregnancy to work. Pregnancy did work in TS3 on my last computer (with virtually all the same TS3 settings) so I don't know what I could be doing wrong. If anyone has ever had an issue like this or has any idea what could be wrong, I'd love to hear about it :-)

One obvious reason this could happen is if the sims are on vacation. Aging and pregnancies are paused during vacations no matter what else you try to do.

Otherwise, do these sims stay pregnant, or are their pregnancies disappearing after some time? If you use CMar's Pregnancy Controller to check the progress in the pregnancy, does the number ever change, and if you change it manually (for example setting the progress to 50, as in, 50% of the way through), do the sims start showing?

It's also worth testing with no mods at all aside from those from NRaas and the Pregnancy Controller, which works fine and is perfectly compatible with all NRaas mods.

Thank you so much for responding TT_TT
I don't have World Adventures or Island Paradise.

The Sims stay pregnant. I can terminate pregnancies with PC, but otherwise they remain pregnant indefinitely.
I've tried changing the percentage manually and haven't had any progress. In some cases, the "percent of pregnancy" will go past 100% (with no change). Manually setting it above 100 doesn't do anything either.
The "percent of pregnant shape" never goes above 0, and "pregnancy showing" is always false. PC will say pregnancy is in progress, but nothing changes. Sometimes, it'll say a Sim is "in labor" when they're at 100% (but the Sim will never be in labor, of course). I've tried beginning labor manually, but all that does is make the Sim realize they're pregnant-- outside of that, it doesn't affect the pregnancy. "Give Birth Now" doesn't do anything, even on Sims that should be full term.
I've also tried resetting Sims with no results.

Side note: I do have Pets installed, I haven't really tested if animal pregnancies still work yet.
Thank you again for your time :)

Another weird thing I noticed-- it doesn't seem like pregnant Sims are getting maternity leave even if they do realize they're pregnant. Kind of weird. Once they do realize they're pregnant, they'll start doing the pregnant walk animation (though their appearance never changes).

One thing that can cause this in already-pregnant sims is using NRaas Retuner to change the length of the pregnancy. I don't know whether changing any of the other timings (e.g. hours until showing, until pregnancy walk, etc.) does the same thing, but it might.

However, this should only affect sims who are already pregnant. in fact, it's completely fine to change these values when no one in the world is pregnant and then proceed as normal.

Is it possible you have a tuning mod that's messing with the pregnancy length or a related value? At any rate, it's time to test with only NRaas mods and CMar's Pregnancy Controller in place. You'll need to test on a sim not currently pregnant; you can use the Pregnancy Controller or NRaas MasterController to end a pregnancy (click on the sim and select NRaas > MC > Advanced > Pregnancy > End Pregnancy) if necessary.

Wow. I can't remember the last time I felt this stupid.

It was a tuner mod that I completely forgot I had ever installed. In my defense, it had a super ambiguous name. It was only by chance that I viewed it in S3PE and figured it out.
Thank you for your help!
