Starange bug (Sound Effect on Repeat/Loop)

So, this isn't really getting in the way of my gameplay nor is it impossible to "Get Around" so to speak.

So somehow I did something in game that made the "you completed something good" sound repeat non-stop and the only way I've found to turn it "off" is to mute sound effects...
My issue is I can't tell if "Try for Baby" works or not with sound effects turned off.

Also quitting game and reloading it does not fix this issue.
I can easily play without fixing this, but I'd much rather know a fix for it if there is one.

Ok, so to follow up on this because I found out how to actually fix it.
According to Google the issue is common to have happen with Supernatural.

So anyway,
how to fix this without having to change anything about the game or how you play it.
Look at all your sim's opportunities and simly cancel them.
That's all there is to it :D
