University Life feels out of place to me, I don't feel that it is integrated smoothly enough.
WA comes with the martial arts skill which is my favorite skill to level in the sims 3, i also really enjoy going to the various worlds and exploring the tombs (egypt is my favorite of the maps)

....after some time , choose again between Ambtions and Supernatural. However, today I discovered they're all 50% off, so I purchased UL and WA at same time. And btw......I don't own any stuff packs. I'm actually surprised they're same price as a full expansion. I wonder if any of them are worth the price.
Look at the detailed description of the packs on internet, it is the best to do. I think I like the one with the cars and the loft stuff, but to be honest I only regularly use 1 or 2 items in each SP, so maybe it is not worth 10 euros.
Now that I have them all I would not remove any but if it was to buy them again I would certainly pick only some and I would instead buy some store content with the money. Store content is more interesting than stuff packs but it must be bought separately.
if I had to buy the whole game again I would even prefer some store content to some full expansions,
Edit : I just see Katy Perry SP is not included in the sales, too bad. It is probably the one I use the most. But all this sugar could give you diabets and dental caries
I think WA is a bit easier to take since you can either treat it as a short vacation or treat it as a full-blown adventure in three different neighborhoods, or something between those two extremes if you wish. Uni, on the other hand, is a bit of a grind with keg parties thrown in. I probably use it more often the WA. In fact, my most recent household is currently at Uni but it's been a year or perhaps two since anyone went abroad. WA is great if you're into collecting and a bit of puzzle-solving while Uni lets you skip a couple or career levels after you graduate and also opens up some additional careers if you skill up with the social groups (Jocks, Rebels, and Nerds).
If I had to pick one, I'd probably come down on the side of Uni, but since I have both, it's really a question of which is more interesting to you. Both are intended to be a break from the normal gameplay, they're just different kinds of breaks.
