How to crossdress men in dresses

Hello I know this is probably common info but is there a way in which I can make it to wear guys can wear female clothing and women can wear men clothing? Thanks!

Mods and custom content. The vanilla game (and EPs/SPs) are traditionally gendered, so guys wear guy stuff and gals wear gal stuff. If you want to change that, then you need something to change that behavior (a mod or custom content).

You want to know which mods are needed for cross dressing, but I also have an unanswered question as well. Youtube mentions the Pregnancy Overhaul Mod for SIMS 3, but it is not found on the NRAAS website or at least not that I am aware of. Where can people find that mod and where can people find the crossdressing mod? I may not be able to answer your question about crossdressing, but apparently the NRAAS website may not specifically mention all of the mods and are hard to find without assistance from experts who know exactly where to find these mods. I tried searching for Pregnancy Overhaul mod, but despite the fact it is also included for SIMS 3 first thing that pops up on the search results for "everything" (as opposed to video) is SIMS 4 instead of SIMS 3 that leaves me wondering if the pregnancy overhaul mod for SIMS 4 is the same exact mod as the SIMS 3 pregnancy overhaul mod. (The NRAAS website for example most likely applies to all of the SIMS games, but as mentioned earlier I can not find the pregnancy overhaul mod from that website.)

Do you get the Pregnancy Overhaul Mod from "The Sims 3 Mod Manager 1.0"? There is a website that specifically mentions this and there is a SIMS 4 Mod Manager 1.0 as well. Apparently the SIMS 4 Mod Manager may include the Pregnancy Overhaul Mod, but just wondering if the same is also true for The Sims 3 Mod Manager 1.0 as well. I am not familiar with The Sims 3 Mod Manager 1.0 or The Sims 4 Mod Manager 1.0 and how they are supposed to work exactly. Maybe the crossdressing and pregnancy overhaul mods can be added into the Sims 3 if The Sims 3 Mod Manager 1.0 is downloaded?

On a side note I just noticed that there is a way to get more children added into the family with genetics from Master Controller cheats without necessarily needing the pregnancy overhaul mod. Just use the instant baby from master controller cheats; although, I still can not figure out yet how to get a Sim instantly pregnant from Master Controller cheats yet. This cheat can also apply if someone wants twins, triplets, and etc...
