I need help

Hello I purchased the game with 3 expansions, pets, university, seasons and I only got code for 2 of those and in the sims 3 exchange website it says I don't have anything and that my codes are invalid but on my page it says I redeemed the game and 2 of the expansions anyone have the same issues?

unfortunately, steam won't give the keys for all the games. same thing happened to me... specifically, i didn't get the keys for the base game + pets bundle. it won't let you activate it on the site because you did not activate the base game yet. if you want it to be registered on the site, you're gonna need to contact EA and they'll be able to activate the base game + dlc's on their end... but you'll have to play it on origin and not steam

Thank you for the help, sadly I purchased the expansion again on origin because both parties didn't want to help and I've decided after that to not buy any origin game from steam.

Pets on steam does not come with key. I have the same problem and you need to do something that is contact EA to get the key back. Sadly there is no way to mail EA, just chat. The rest can be succesfully registered on Origin because I can see the keys and transfer them there. Its just Pets that causes the issue because for some reason people enjoy pirating Sims 3 Pets (personally I never saw the appeal as its not the best EP in the Sims 3, there are better like Seasons)

Pets is the best. I only play with pets and one person households....no kids.

Personally I can live without Pets active in my game and I will explain why. You will have to micromanage Pets along with your human Sims. Which considering I have the aforementioned issue is not the worst thing in the world because I play households with professions and up to 5 sims. I love my Pets in real life and that is really the least selling point to that EP (the rest of it is good for what is offered and so on, thats really the only thing I have to say which is less great), so to be clear Pets EP is solid content. I would be even more upset if the lost key was for Seasons or Generations or even UL
