Can't get custom content!! HELP!!!!

I can't seem to get my custom content to work... Anyone able to help?

What content are you trying to get to work (Store content? Third party? Mods?)?

What did you do with it (exactly, step-by-step)?

Why do you say it's not working?

Well, I have downloaded some clothhing and hair from www.thesimsource.com and I have moved all the content from downloads to documents/electronic arts/ the sims 3/ downloads, but it's not installed when I launch the game.

Oh yeah! That's normal.

You'll have to open the launcher, go to the Downloads tab, tick the items, then click "Install" and wait for it to finish.
